A Tama-Do sound harmonization inducing states of deep relaxation. The beneficial effects on the circulatory, endocrine, respiratory and nervous systems have been proven by numerous neurological studies.

Balancing music rhythms with those of the physical body, connecting to seasonal rythms and the energy of the elements provides many health benefits.

Through resonance, the music of the universe and our intimate being are in tune. We thus favor a better biological, psychological and spiritual coherence, we find an inner space of well-being that allows self-healing and our personal and collective transformation.

Meditations

Every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month

Paris 10th - 8:30 PM - 20€

Sound meditation involves meditating and singing sounds that will gradually relax the body, calm emotions and open the mind.

Sitting with eyes closed, we manage to let ourselves go in the moment by listening to the energetic presence of the sounds we sing.

The voice is the ultimate self-healing instrument, a simple remedy available at every moment. When we sing, we stimulate our own organism from the inside with the larynx’s vibration. We depend less on external resources or remedies. Many neuroscientists have highlighted the incredible impact of sound and musical vibrations on the brain and neural circuits. When you sing, your brain, (itself 90% water) vibrates and under the action of this vibrations, the pituitary gland and hypothalamus release endorphins, serotonin, dopamin and enkephalins. These substances have the ability to relieve stress and pain, and create euphoric states.

Music workshops for children from 3 to 13 years old

Musical awakening, free expression, songs, dances, relaxing music, poems, awakening to nature, trees, stars, elements, colors, sounds. I also add mantras songs, sound meditations, musical naps...

Beyond the practice of instruments, it is for children to discover how music can flourish they potential, to gain self-confidence, to help them express themselves freely. These workshops stimulate their imagination and simply teach them to play music through multiple acoustic instruments: guitar, piano, flutes, harp, percussion and instruments from other cultures.
