Individual Sessions

What happens during a session?

It starts with an interview where the listening allows a bio-resonance and information transmission that will energetically guide the healing session.

During the session,  the patient is lying on a table and have his clothes on. Different vibratory techniques are used: tuning forks on the spine and acupuncture points for energetic boost and balance, tuning fork on chronic pain and blockages, sonic bath, gong bath, tibetan bowls, and therapeutic singing to reach a state of deep relaxation, etc.

Sound vibrations will increase the Alpha waves of the brain. These stimulate the natural abilities of homeostasis and resilience. Then a space opens in which the person can resonate with his own self-healing forces. The therapist helps to identify and accept the dissonance in order to overcome it, to harmonize it and to reach a resolution that  reflects the necessary clarity in one’s life choices.

Life is created by sonic radiation. Maintained by sonic radiation. Destroyed by oscillatory disequilibrium.

Music Therapy Applications

Physical health

The tuning forks reorganize the molecular structure and relieve the pain of many pathologies.

  •     Back pain (neck pain, lumbago, sciatica, stiff neck, etc.)

  •     Ligament and muscle inflammation and pain

  •     Dermatological problems

  •     Energy blockages, headaches

  •     Fatigue and nervous imbalance (sleep and memory management).

Emotion Management and Mental Health

By deeply relaxing the nervous system, music therapy can overcome many emotional disorders, anxiety, stress and the physical consequences of their somatization. By learning breathing techniques, therapeutic singing and sound meditations, the patient commits himself to a recovery that he can consolidate on a daily basis in order to overcome the physiological consequences of emotional imbalances such as irritability, mood disorders, anger, fear, guilt, sadness or lack of self-confidence. These techniques can reduce drug doses and help people with depression or burnout.

Addictions occur when one has difficulty managing his emotions. The reason why the patient finds it difficult to break out of the repetitive pattern of addiction is rooted in his subconscious. Sound healing techniques with the tuning forks on the spine is very useful to deeply relax the patient's nervous system. He is then ready to begin an introspective exploration with sound hypnosis techniques. By accessing the subconscious, sound will help treat and digest trauma (lived or trans-generational) and allow the individual to start to break free from his limiting patterns and reinvent himself.

A music therapy treatment does not replace a medical consultation

I am a musician trained in traditional Chinese medicine. My expertise lies in understanding the effect of sound on the body and its ability to circulate different levels of energy. The results are variable and also depend on the patient's ability to awaken his strengths, his resilience and a space for self-healing in himself. My presence and the sounds only guide the process.

Jeff Sénard

I had a very painful sciatica as a result of a bad movement that even prevented me from fulfilling my function as a music conductor. After two sessions with your tuning forks I was cured from this pain. The rheumatologist who was following me and had considered a surgical procedure remained astonished at the announcement of the care you gave me. THANK YOU a thousand times!
